  14. Prepare 1 of small potato, peeled and diced.
  15. Use 1/4 cup of shredded cheese of choice (optional).
  16. Prepare 1 of large egg, beaten.

Instructions to make Chicken Pot Pie:

  1. Start by cooking your veggies... the carrots, peas (or broccoli in our case) and potatoes. We just combine everything in a large pot of water and boil until everything is just tender, about 4-6 minutes. Then set them aside..
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook a minute or so more, until fragrant..
